Payments

The available payment methods are:

Payment with PayPal

By selecting this option:

• you will be automatically taken to the PayPal website;
• you will be able to make the payment on your chosen card;
• Your data will be transmitted securely and exclusively to PayPal.

Bank transfer

By selecting this option you will receive, at the indicated email address, an order confirmation email with the bank details to make your transfer.
In order to speed up the process, we recommend that you include your “Order ID” in the reason for the transfer.
Please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds clear at our institution.

Cash on delivery

By selecting this option, you will have the possibility to pay directly to the courier, upon delivery of the goods.
This service has an additional cost of €3.00 (VAT included).

Shipping

Shipping costs are:

• Flat rate , for all of Italy including the Islands at €6.00 ​​(VAT included)
• Free , for orders exceeding €39.00 (VAT included)

Orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Deliveries take place within 1/2 days, from the order confirmation notification that you receive by email. Orders are processed automatically and for this reason it is not possible to change shipping or delivery times.
